Privacy policy

Account data you provide (name, email, organization) when you sign up. Product data you create inside the app (projects, research, experiments). Standard technical logs (IP, device, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.

To provide the product, secure your account, process billing, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private project content to train public models.

Data lives in a multi-tenant Postgres database with row-level security per organization, so one tenant cannot read another tenant data. Webhook payloads are verified with HMAC signatures. Every AI call routes through one internal layer so usage is budgeted, audited, and capped per project.

We rely on reputable providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email, and AI inference. Each processes data only to deliver its function, under its own data protection terms.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data. Email us and we will action verified requests promptly, subject to legal retention requirements.
